CASHEW HERB CREAM

This cashew herb cream is one of our favourite recipes when it comes to adding flavour to any dish. Whether drizzled on pastas or salads, this cashew cream is a versatile and tasty addition to any recipe. 


Ingredients:


  • 50 ml (1.7 fl. oz) olive oil
  • 50 ml (1.7 fl. oz) sunflower oil
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cashews
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 60 ml (2 fl. oz) unsweetened plant milk
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl. oz) water
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Small handful fresh basil
  • Small handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) fresh kale
  • 1 tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:


  1. In a small bowl, stir the apple cider vinegar and plant milk together and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food procesor. Add the milk mixture and blend until creamy in consistency.
