GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

This green smoothie is one of our absolute favourites at home. It is delicious and filling, which is sometime hard to achieve with smoothies, and packed with healthy seeds, greens, and fruit.


Ingredients:


  • 3 small avocados
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 45 g (1.5 oz) frozen kale
  • 45 g (1.5 oz) frozen spinach
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) chia seeds
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) shelled hemp seeds
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 tsp. vanilla extract/sugar
  • 500 ml (2.1 cups) oat milk (more if your blender can't handle blending nice cream)
  • 1 tsp. plant-based protein powder



Instructions:


Pour all the ingredients in a highspeed blender, and blend until smooth. Pour it into your favourite bowl. We used a coconut bowl.

Garnish if you like. We garnished with some of our favourite smoothie ingredients/toppings (from left to right): flaxseeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cashews, sesame seeds, golden flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut.

Drink and enjoy. Use a reuseable straw. If you don't own any, we recommend glass ones since they look good, and you can see if you've washed them properly on the inside.
