PLANT-BASED RECIPES
One day, in a fancy supermarket, we saw these strange but beautiful giant pasta shells called Lumaconi Gigainti, and we had to try them (are we allowed to call it pasta, or is it sort of like all bubbly wine must not be called Champagne?). Well, we can safely say they're awesome!
We came up with this garlic and mushroom packed bowl drizzled with "cheesy" sauce, and we're sure you'll love it just as much as we do.

Mix the lumaconi giganti, the mushrooms and stuff, and the sauce in the pot you boiled the lumaconi in. Garnish with fresh basil in the pot or in your bowl.
