SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP/SPREAD

This versatile and spicy dip is perfect for dipping bread, as a spread in sandwiches or homemade shawarmas, in pasta salads, or even for using as a pasta sauce. And it only takes 5 minutes to make! 


Ingredients:


  • 1 jar (200 g/7 oz) of sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1.5 tsp. lemon juice 
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 tsp. chilli flakes (adjust according to chilli preferences)
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste concentrate
  • 0.5 tsp. oregano, dried
  • Pinch of pepper



Instructions:


Blend it all together and... tada! You're done. Dip away!
