PLANT-BASED RECIPES
We love to always try out new types of smoothies, and there are so many combinations of fruits, berries, veggies, seeds, and nuts that work beautifully together.
Parsley is one the veggies you might think wouldn't fit in a traditional smoothie, but surprisingly, it works great and provides a taste twist along with all its heathy awesomeness.
In this lovely pinkish vegan smoothie, the parsley joins mixed berries, spinach, plant milk, apple juice, and protein-rich seeds to create a healthy vitamin bomb that simply tastes amazing.
And yes, we think it deserves to be served in a champagne glass. Cheers!
