VEGAN CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Avocado and chocolate - is there anything better? How about vegan avocado chocolate mousse?

This decadent avocado-based chocolate mousse takes only 5 minutes to make, is refined sugar free and enriched with hemp protein, so it’s the perfect post-workout luxury snack... not that you’ll need an excuse to eat it once you try it. 

You can leave out the protein and simply impress your guests with an amazing dessert. They won't believe it's vegan or even dairy-free, not to mention egg-free, but well, it is!


Ingredients:


  • 2 ripe, pitted avocados

  • 90 ml (3 fl. oz) plant milk
  • 2 ripe, frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp. hemp protein (leave out if you just want a snack/dessert)
  • 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 25 g (0.9 oz) dark, sugar free chocolate
  • 2.5 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 2-4 pitted dates (depending on how sweet/ripe the bananas are)
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions:


  1. Blend everything well in a food processer and you're done!
  2. Serve with fresh berries or eat just as is. Enjoy!
